Introduction
The Edelweiss opened in 1976 and claims to offer it's guests the finest accommodation, service and cuisine. Located 3,700
feet above sea level in the tranquil pine forest of Platres with its panorama views, it claims to offer traditional Cypriot
hospitality.
Location
It is the closest Hotel to the famous Caledonian Falls being only 2 km away, which makes it an excellent base to
explore and enjoy the Nature Trails close by. The striking natural beauty of the surrounding countryside and
the warm hospitality of the management and their staff, claim to have earned the Edelweiss Hotel many friends and a reputation as an
ideal place for relaxing vacations.
Facilities
Their friendly staff, who claim to be familiar with facilities in the area, are apparently at hand for planning excursions and day trips, catering
for every interest such as walking trips, bird watching, fishing, photography and botany all the year round. In the
